Looking Ahead and Moving Forward
“What Lynnfield Needs Now”.
We need accountability.
We need transparency.
We need embracing and engaging communication.
We need to deeply care about the lack of trust in our staff and school community; our focus must be relationship building.
We need to work from a mindset of partnership with staff and our community.
We need proactive and responsive leadership.
We need thoughtfulness around the processes that have contributed to the decision making that lead us here AND new ideas on how to immediately change those.
We need to put students first, each and every day.
We need the School Committee to work together as a team, respectful and collaborative.
I remain forever hopeful that with clear intentions and consistent actions we can move forward together, rebuild better, and grow in partnership. Lynnfield is an amazing town and has an incredible heart- I know that together we can do anything we set our minds to. As always, my door and my heart are open to conversation, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
